How do I place an order?
Add the products to your cart, then complete checkout with your shipping and payment details. We confirm the order by email.
What delivery options are available?
Courier home delivery and, where available, in-store pickup. Exact options and fees appear at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We state the expected delivery time in your order confirmation; for in-stock items it's typically a few business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay and Google Pay, bank transfer, and — where available — cash on delivery.
Can I return a product if it's not right?
