As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without justification.
The process
Send a clear statement (e.g. by email) using the details on the Contact page. Return the product within 14 days of sending the statement.
Refund
We refund the price and delivery cost without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
